Christopher C. Horner is author of several bestsellers, including The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming and Red Hot Lies. He is a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, an acknowledged expert on global warming legislation and regulation, and has testified before Senate committees and given numerous addresses in the European Parliament.
