Mainstream Americans are traditionalists. They believe in God and country. However, a good number of Americans do not yet understand that the party of John F. Kennedy no longer exits.

Older Democrats seem to be locked in a time warp with regard to political developments. Many need to catch-up with the increasing number of their fellow Americans who understand that America is being sabotaged by those who attack their own country, their president, and the troops who serve the country.

At the drop of a hat, the Democrats go on relentless, rash attacks that put us all in danger with their foolish ideas, one of which includes dismantling the Patriot Act. Across the board, Democrats refuse to protect the United States. They are weak on defense and have been for decades. They perceive our own military through eyes of condescension and derision. There is no more honorable discourse or disagreement on political issues. We are living in very unsettling times; the media (essentially a propaganda arm of the party of opposition), works against the good of the United States. They lie and opportunistically politicize the war on terror. Unwarranted malicious hatred for the Bush administration has become “business as usual.” I say it has been going for much too long; the troops serving their Commander-In-Chief have been under attack with the same vengeance, and they deserve far better.

The media could hardly wait to tell us all about Abu Ghraib, although it was comprised of a paltry few sadistic troops. The same media could not wait to tell us about the Koran being flushed down toilets at Gitmo – although it never actually occurred. Senator Kerry is now doing his part to demoralize the troops and weaken America's effort to fight evil. While speaking to students at Pasadena City College, Kerry spewed deceitful insults vis à vis the intelligence and the educational status of our troops.  In a campaign speech on Monday, he warned students that if they don't study hard and get a good education they might "get stuck in Iraq." http://www.cnn.com/video/player/player.html?url=/video/politics/2006/10/31/henry.kerry.education.controversy.kcal&wm=9

Kerry merely reflects the opposing party's elitist thoughts. The senator, like many in his party, looks down his nose at minorities despite the decades-long PR spin indicating the contrary. If you read his thoughts in 1972, Mr. Kerry's unclean heart is revealed; he actually more than suggested that a military comprised of blacks and browns would most likely perpetuate more war crimes.

"In 1972, as he ran for the House, he was less apologetic in his comments about the merits of a volunteer army. He declared in the questionnaire that he opposed the draft but considered a volunteer army 'a greater anathema.' "

Can you imagine the tarring and feathering a Republican would be getting right now had he or she made such comments cornering black and brown Americans serving their country?

The U.S. discontinued the draft in 1973 during President Nixon's term in office. Today's all-voluntary military are the most highly-educated people who have ever served their country. The men and women who willingly serve are America's finest heroes. These wonderful troops are to be commended and praised.

If anyone held doubt about the mindset of the Democrat Party, they ought to have had their eyes opened when Senator John Kerry made his derogatory remarks. Senator Kerry's History - April 22,1971 - John Kerry testified before the Democrat controlled Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He accused the troops of horrible acts of misbehavior. These acts were never proven because they never took place. Kerry was a member of an anti-war group, found to be a subversive one with communist leanings. He lied about honorable men and women serving their country, yet the Democrat Party embraced him. If you believe that John Kerry's dysfunctional apology is sincere, you have been seriously misled. He has denigrated honorable troops ever since he served in Vietnam. He lied about the troops then, and he lies today.

" 'As a combat veteran, I want to make it clear to anyone in uniform and to their loved ones: my poorly stated joke at a rally was not about, and never intended to refer to any troop,' Kerry said in a statement published on his Web site.

Patriotic Americans will not vote for the Democrat Party. They will come out in droves and vote for the party that supports the troops. Because of their sacrifice, America is safer. They are performing a noble and exemplary job in Iraq and Afghanistan. God bless America, our awesome troops, and President G. W. Bush, an honorable man who will not abandon Iraq and the Iraqi people.
