The Liberal Media May Elect a Third Straight Democrat Presidential Candidate by Ignoring the Truth Unless Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly Make Peace
Will the liberal media deliver the Presidency of the United States to a dishonest Democrat nominee for the third time in a row?
Perhaps not, if feuding multi-billionaire businessman Donald Trump and Fox News star Megyn Kelly can agree that he is a better presidential choice than Hillary Clinton, especially if Team Clinton's ties to ACORN are highlighted during the campaign.
The Donald is sure that he's the better choice, but what does Kelly, both a feminist and an ACORN exposer, think about that?
After President Obama was inaugurated, Kelly interviewed ACORN founder Wade Rathke, both before and after the sting that exposed ACORN was made public knowledge on Fox New (see, for example, www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFtulXMPLB0), and later hosted a Fox News ACORN expose available through ACORN expert Matthew Vadum's website (http://matthewvadum.blogspot.com/2011/04/truth-about-acorn-narrated-by-megyn.html). President Obama largely owes his election and reelection to the liberal media. To be sure, his Republican presidential rivals, John McCain and Mitt Romney, did not conduct the most effective campaigns, especially McCain, who assured voters that the then rookie United States Senator was a fine young man with whom he had policy issues instead of a radical intent on "fundamentally transforming" the country for the worse instead of "perfecting" the American Union.
The media, and that includes the liberal media, is supposed to report all relevant information about political candidates, certainly the major presidential candidates, not disregard or cover it up, as it did with respect to both the Obama campaign's illicit relationship with ACORN during the 2008 presidential candidate and Obama's savvy political calculation that he needed to pose as a supporter of traditional marriage to win the Presidency.
Excerpt from Chris Field's 2009 review of Matthew Vadum's Stealing Democracy(http://townhall.com/tipsheet/chrisfield/2009/08/06/cracking_acorn_exclusive_townhall_ voter_fraud_investigation):
"After reading this piece, you’ll understand why Michelle Malkin wrote this about Vadum’s work in her new book: "Many individual whistleblowers provided invaluable information, but I’d like to give special thanks to Anita MonCrief for her enormous courage and vigilance on ACORN corruption—and to Mike Gaynor and Matthew Vadum for their foresight and insight in reporting on the story when no one else would."
The liberal media, especially The New York Times and ABC News, chose not to report on what ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief revealed. See "Why Obama and ACORN Fear Anita MonCrief" (www.webcommentary.com/php/ShowArticle.php?id=gaynorm&date=081029), posted pre-election, and "Why Obama Won and McCain Lost" (www.webcommentary.com/php/ShowArticle.php?id=gaynorm&date=081105), posted post-election.
In 2012 the liberal media steered Obama to reelection by the way it reported the Benghazi tragedy. Instead of exploding the "Blame it on a video, not Obama" hoax, it helped Obama greatly, especially presidential debate "moderator" Candy Crowley, who assured viewers and listeners that Romney was wrong and Obama was right when the reverse was true.
Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candy_Crowley): "Crowley served as the moderator October 16, 2012 for the second presidential election debate between President Barack Obama and his Republican opponent Mitt Romney. She received both criticism and praise for interjecting during the debate regarding the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi. Controversy arose when Crowley backed Obama's claim he stated the Benghazi attack was the result of terrorism, when her network news agency, CNN, had previously reported on September 21, 2012 that Obama only described the Benghazi attacks as terrorism 'for the first time' on September 20, nine days following the attacks."
The 2016 presidential race is underway and presumed 2016 Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was extolled this month for "winning" the first debate of the 2016 Democrat presidential hopefuls and surviving an 11-hour Congressional hearing without shrieking "What difference does it make?"
Barring an act of God and the Obama Justice Department indicting her for crimes endangering national security arising from her decision to use a personal server for her email while Secretary of State, Clinton will be the 2016 Democrat presidential candidate and she will need the liberal media establishment to disregard or excuse her despicable lies to win.
The liberal media establishment did it in 2008 for the person running to be the first black President of the United States, so why not do the same in 2016 for the person running to be the first woman President of the United States?
Because character matters, especially in a President of the United States. As President Richard Nixon put it, "People have got to know whether or not their president is a crook." If American knowingly elect a liar, they deserve her (or him)!
Ironically, Fox News star Megyn Kelly, the same person who seemingly endorsed the bogus Democrat charge of a Republican War on Women in her role as a moderator during the top ten Republican presidential hopefuls debate and used a few comments by Donald Trump about specific women in an apparent attempt to show him as a misogynist unfit to be President, is now slamming Hillary Clinton as a liar for--LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND, PARTICULARLY, THE FAMILIES OF THE AMERICANS KILLED DURING THE BENGHAZI ATTACK WHILE TELLING THE TRUTH TO HER FAMILY AND THE EGYPTIAN PRIME MINISTER (OBVIOUSLY TO REELECT OBAMA AND THUS PRESERVE HER OWN PRESIDENTIAL PROSPECTS).
Clinton, a liar but not a moron, won't be appearing on Kelly's show now, so maybe The Donald will give Kelly a break and forgive her. The phrase "strange bedfellows" has been adapted to mean unexpected partners, and these days he and she would qualify.
Here's the Fox News report on a memorable Kelly performance (http://insider.foxnews.com/2015/10/24/megyn-kelly-says-mainstream-media-ignored-bombshell-email-hillary-clintons-benghazi):
"Megyn Kelly called out media outlets for crowning Hillary Clinton the undisputed victor following the Republican-led Benghazi hearing on Thursday while overlooking a 'bombshell' email to the Egyptian prime minister.
"Kelly played clips of Clinton and other administration officials repeating a talking point that the Sept. 11, 2012 attack was the result of extremists hijacking a protest of an anti-Islam video that had sparked other protests in the region.
"She highlighted a Sept. 14 meeting between Clinton and family members of those killed in the attack, in which Clinton reportedly directly blamed the video's producer for the deaths.
"But newly unveiled emails show that just two days prior, Clinton had been telling people, like the Egyptian PM, that the film had nothing to do with the attack.
"At the hearing, Clinton explained that she had been going by an Islamist group's claim that they had carried out the attack, which they retracted the next day.
"But Kelly said the email proves Clinton knew the film wasn't to blame.
"'And yet she and others looked into the cameras and again and again told us a different story,' Kelly said.
"'To watch most of the media you would think we never saw that email,' Kelly said. 'To the contrary, the messaging was 'She won, it's over, move on."'
"Kelly then played a barrage of clips showing the favorable press coverage.
"Watch her report on "The Kelly File' and discussion with Chris Stirewalt and Howard Kurtz above."
The American people need an honest President, and the White House is not supposed to be the home of a succession of crooks and liars.
