Hillary Rodham Clinton isn't a Playboy Bunny, but she is an Energizer Bunny, and interested and informed Pennsylvania Democrats supported her by an impressive margin all the more impressive with Hillary having been outspent by about 3 to 1 and having resisted relentless pressure to drop out of the race for the 2008 Democrat presidential nomination in the interest of party unity.

Victory in the Pennsylvania Democrat presidential primary proved NOT to be for sale to the highest bidder...and many Obamaites who think of religion as the opiate of the people are BITTER about it!

Rookie United States Senator and Democrat presidential hopeful Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. began his presidential candidate posing as a candidate who transcends race, quietly taking a disproportionately high share of the black vote, while challenging non-blacks to show that they are not racist by supporting him.

It was a clever strategy.

As Obama revealed in his autobiography, Dreams From My Father, written after he became president of the Harvard Law Review but long before a significant number of people thought of him as a potential President of the United States, he had learned early how to impress and manipulate white people with a soft-spoken, disarming manner.

In his book, Obama confessed to being a trickster. Writing:about how to handle white people, Obama happily reported: "It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied, they were relieved -- such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn't seem angry all the time."

Obama has been talking about "the fierce urgency of now" during his campaign, but he has not seemed crazed or threatening.

But that doesn't mean that Obama does not play the race card.

Acerbic Ann Coulter actually read Obama's autobiography and found insight into Obama's real attitude:

Coulter:

"Wanting to punch his white friend in the stomach was the introductory anecdote to a full-page psychotic rant [by Obama] about living by 'the white man's rules.' (One rule he missed was: 'Never punch out your empathetic white friend after dragging him to a crappy all-black party.')

"Obama's gaseous disquisition on the 'white man's rules' leads to this charming crescendo: 'Should you refuse this defeat and lash out at your captors, they would have a name for that, too, a name that could cage you just as good. Paranoid. Militant. Violent. Nigger.'

"For those of you in the 'When is Obama gonna play the "N-word" card?' pool, the winner is ... Page 85! Congratulations!"

Obamaites were beside themselves (not a good place to be), but 1984 Democrat vice presidential candidate Geraldine A. Ferraro was right, not racist. when she made that observation about why Obama became a serious contender for the 2008 Democrat presidential nomination.

Race has been working FOR Obama and gender has been working AGAINST Hillary.

Obama's spiritual mentor and (for so many years) pastor, Rev. Jeremiah A. "God damn America" Wright, Jr., recently became a big political problem for Obama when the rest of America saw and heard excerpts from some of the sermons he delivered in Chicago's Trinity Church of Christ, which is still Obama's chosen church and headed now by an ardent defender of Rev. Wright, who is currently on sabbatical and then retiring.

The media finally told the American general public some of the ugly truths about Obama's pastor (a year after it should have, but then Obama never would have become a serious candidate for the Democrat presidential nomination, much less President).

The big question was why had Obama chosen Rev. Wright as his spiritual mentor and supported Rev. Wright and Trinity United Church of Christ for twenty years and brought his young daughters to church despite the risk that Rev. Wright would spew hateful things.

Obama was not about to admit that he was an ambitious political opportunist who tied his political future to Rev. Wright as long as Rev. Wright was an asset to him.

So Obama deflected attention with his Race in America speech and recast himself from the candidate who transcends race to the bi-racial candidate uniquely positioned to solve America's racial problems and unify America (even though non-partisan National Journal rated him the most liberal United States Senator, even more liberal than Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer and socialist Bernie Sanders.

Obama necessarily deplored Rev. Wright's hateful remarks, but refused to "disown" Rev. Wright, claiming that would be like disowning the black community or his white grandmother.

Granny had to be thrown under the bus if Obama's dream of becoming President of the United States was to be fulfilled, so Obama threw her there, by equating her with Rev. Wright.

Granny's bad: she had told her grandson that she was afraid for her personal safety when she came upon strange black men.

Somehow Obama did not find time to rebuke Rev. Jesse Jackson, a formidable black man who had made a similar comment.

Predictably, the pro-Obama media mightily helped Obama with his Rev. Wright problem by focusing on what he said in the speech instead of the questions either unsatisfactorily answered or not answered at all and the absurdity of his analogy.

Then Obama made the mistake of being candid about his view of small town America, religion and guns at a closed-door fund raiser in San Francisco while a tape was running.

Obama's claim is that Rev. Wright led him to Jesus Christ, but that was AFTER he had graduated from college and started work as a union organizer and Obama's elitist education at an exclusive high school in Hawaii, Occidental College and Columbia University had left him a secular extremist with a veiled contempt for religion akin to that of Karl Marx.

At that closed-door fund raiser, the veil was lifted.

In time for the people of Pennsylvania to perceive the reality that Obama thinks of their religious faith and interest in guns as evidence of their bitterness that their economic circumstances are not better and them as fools.

Then came the twenty-first Democrat presidential debate. And, after refusing to "disown: Rev. Wright, claimed that he had disowned him and then quickly claimed that he meant he had disowned Rev. Wright's "controversial" comments when a questioner showed amazement at Obama's sudden revisionist history.

Hillary Rodham Clinton won it easily and then carried Pennsylvania, 55% to 45%, with a plurality in excess of 200,000 votes.

If the good people of Iowa had heard what Obama said in San Francisco, would he have won the Iowa caucuses?

No.

If Obama had not won the Iowa caucuses, would Hillary have effectively won the Democrat presidential nomination on Super Tuesday?

Yes.

The media created an exciting contest for the Democrat presidential nomination by promoting Obama as a dream candidate instead of vetting him and exposing him as a nightmare for America.

But Hillary won't cooperate and quietly go away.
