UPDATE: Quarantine for Illegals and Ebola Hot-Zone Arrivals

Last week the final portion of Attorney Orly Taitz’ case was heard by US District Court Judge Andrew S. Hanen. The requested action of Judge Hagen by Attorney Taitz is an emergency stay to disallow entry of unscreened children and others entering the USA via its Southern borders and allowing all to enter and disperse throughout the country without any medical screening. Taitz’ has requested the screenings be affected before any consideration of entry into the country is given. In the latest filing, Taitz also included the addition of health screenings and a temporary ban of entry for all of those arriving from Ebola hot-zones.

Witnesses for the court included Epidemiologist Vera Dolan who, upon questioning from Judge Hanen, testified that the only way to stop the spread of Ebola in the America is to “Ban entry into the US until the epidemic is over” or “quarantine” them. A second doctor Miguel Escobedo, M.D. testified that no screenings at the border are being done for any potential diseases entering the US. US Border Patrol Officers also testified that screening were not being done at the border and that entering illegals were quickly taken by members of the US government and shuttled off to points unknown.

A decision on whether or not to issue a temporary stay may be rendered by Judge Hanen by 7 November 2014.
