A statement about the RNC's bizarre sense of priorities
Speaking against violence is important, but an appropriate order of priorities is far more important

I was stunned at the content of an email appeal for a "peaceful transition" sent on behalf of Ronna McDaniel, Chairwoman of the RNC. Ronna seems to suffer under the delusion that (1) the January 6 violence at the Capitol Building was perpetrated by Trump supporters. But even worse, she was silent on the election coup d'état that resulted in a candidate who had virtually no following amassing more ballots than a very popular President whose record of accomplishments for the American people is unrivaled during the past 150 years.

A week after the bungled Electoral Count was interrupted by violence, I received this email statement from RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel concerning the Capitol Building attack:

On Jan 13, 2021, at 2:21 PM, Ronna McDaniel, RNC Chairwoman wrote:
Robert,

What I’m about to tell you is of the utmost importance.

Violence has no place in our politics. Period. I wholly condemned last week’s senseless acts of violence, and I strongly reiterate the calls to remain peaceful in the weeks ahead.

Those who partook in the assault on our nation’s Capitol and those who continue to threaten violence should be found, held accountable, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Let me be clear: Anyone who has malicious intent is not welcome in Washington, D.C. or in any other State Capitol Building.

The peaceful transition of power is one of our nation’s founding principles and is necessary for our country to move forward. Now is the time to come together as one nation, united in the peaceful pursuit of our common democratic purpose.

Our Founding Fathers established a Nation of laws, not a Nation of anarchy. And, the Republican Party is the Party of individual freedom, liberty, entrepreneurship, innovation, and the American Dream, not the hateful violence we witnessed last week.

God bless you and God bless the United States of America.

Thank you,

Ronna McDaniel
Chairwoman
Republican National Committee

This statement struck me as a jolting admission that the RNC's sense of priorities are egregiously out of order. Of the two recent acts of violence committed against the United States, the RNC's email focused on the least important while entirely ignoring the most important!

My reply follows:

Dear Ronna,

You've done a wonderful job as Chairwoman of the RNC. I very much appreciate your dedication and hard work.

Nevertheless, I was very disappointed by your "peaceful transition" message, not because you rightfully condemn violence, but because you haven't condemned the greater violence of the election coup d'état that was brazen, blatant, and is known throughout the world to have elevated a completely corrupt political party to the seat of power in the USA. The entire free world is stunned and concerned that nothing is being done about this fraud and the rank incompetence it elevates to the pinnacle of power in the United States.

Evidence of this violence:

  1. State governors, state secretaries of state, state judges, state election officials… all acted unconstitutionally by usurping the legislative power to determine the manner of selecting representatives to the Electoral College. Their actions are a clear violation of Article II, Section 1, of the US Constitution ("Each State shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature may direct, a number of electors,..."). The manner of selecting electors is solely up to the individual state legislatures. Yet neither state legislatures, Congress, nor the Supreme Court were sufficiently concerned to take action against the certification of clearly fraudulent electors!

  2. Everyone knows Biden did not have a following that could possibly have generated the "votes" claimed to have been cast for him. He couldn't fill a school bus with his rally-ette attendees while President Trump drew overflow crowds numbering in the tens of thousands at every stop. It is ludicrous to believe Biden could have amassed more legitimate votes than either President Trump, former President Obama, or candidate Hillary Clinton. Yet your statement takes the bizarre position that no such fraud took place when, as a matter of fact, the fraud is in the public record!

  3. There is significant compelling evidence supporting the claim that a number of key ballot counting machines in key precincts of "swing" states were online for a period of time during which votes cast for Trump were being switched to Biden. There is clear evidence of this in at least one instance that appeared on cable news. During the late hours of election night a large block of votes were added to Biden's total at the same instant when the exact same number of votes were subtracted from President Trump's total. Revelations from Italy indicate that the true votes (prior to remote vote switching) are preserved in a secure location by the individual who admits to being ordered to perform the remote vote changes. Shouldn't the sworn affidavit testifying to this fraud be investigated? Not only to protect the whistleblower, but also so that the true vote is preserved? There is additional evidence indicating ballot counting machines had malicious code installed offline by "service" technicians to elevate Biden's numbers by switching a certain percentage of votes from Trump to Biden. Such code can be programmed to destroy itself when its mission has been accomplished, leaving no trace of how the votes were switched.

  4. Even with the aid of the pre-election illegalities (creating by fiat mail-in balloting, extending polling times and places, etc.) and ballot-counting fraud while polls were open (by ignoring signature verification, shutting out inspectors, etc.), ballot tallies in key Democrat-controlled areas of key swing states were insufficient and had to be padded for Biden in the hours after polls closed. Troves of votes for Biden appeared at a pace that ballot-counting machines are incapable of producing. Absentee (mail-in) ballots were entirely uncontrolled with signatures not verified and even accepted without signatures. It is implausible that rejection rates for a hastily-conceived massive mail-in scheme could be a tiny fraction of those typically recorded for absentee ballots, yet that is exactly what was recorded. Such schemes failed to require a certifiable voter request, a move clearly designed to enable massive ballot fraud. According to election data, known deceased individuals were voting in record numbers. In short, in key Democrat-controlled urban areas of key swing states every method of ballot corruption was being mustered to manufacture and count ballots to create the illusion that candidate Biden had a following that surpassed every other candidate in US history. Really? Biden?

  5. As video evidence at the time revealed, there were many violations of the state legislature's ballot counting rules in the hours and days after the polls closed. On November 3rd and thereafter, as required by federal law, no US Marshals nor Department of Justice officials were present, particularly at key election precincts in important "swing" states to help prevent the blatant violations of law that were occurring. Why not? We see the FBI and DoJ pounce on the January 6 Capitol violence, scurrying all over the place on a moment's notice to find every last individual who was near the Capitol building on January 6. Where is the investigation of the Capitol Police who took down a barrier and ushered protesters salted with ANTIFA members disguised as Trump supporters into the building where Congress was meeting in joint session. Those Capital police even led protesters upstairs to the different chambers (where Senators and House members cowered in fear). It seems there is more concern about that violence than in the integrity and accuracy of the election tallies!

What concerns me most is the despicable failure of the Republican Party (and the RNC) to take an active unified stand for truth and election integrity, a failure that may ultimately lead to far more widespread violence, death, and destruction. Why? Because a free people will not sit idly by while criminal corruption in the highest places is rewarded with absolute control of political power in the USA, a power center that will ultimately destroy their lives. I fear that concern will be borne out by events in the very near future if Edmund Burke's advice isn't heeded (my emphasis):

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

More of Burke's highly pertinent advice:

“Liberty does not exist in the absence of morality.”

“The true danger is when liberty is nibbled away, for expedience, and by parts”

“Among a people generally corrupt, liberty cannot long exist.”

“Whenever a separation is made between liberty and justice, neither, in my opinion, is safe.”

“If we command our wealth, we shall be rich and free. If our wealth commands us, we are poor indeed.”

Ask yourself, how has our Congress and our Supreme Court handled the brazen election coup d'état? How has the RNC?

As proponents of "good" or "evil"? As moral people? For expediency? As those committed to thwarting corruption? As defendants of liberty and equally-applied justice for all?

Or as advocates for the highest bidder?

With the fraudulent "victor" having been inaugurated on January 20, there is always the possibility that our nation can be saved by the Joint Chiefs and military officers loyal to their oath to our Constitution and the Constitutional Republic it creates. In accordance with their oath of office, sufficient numbers of our military officers (as cowardly members of Congress and our Supreme Court refused to) could move to uphold their oaths to protect and defend our Constitution by securing our Republic through staging a legitimate temporary government takeover to publicly, thoroughly, and fairly resolve this fraudulent election as it should have been resolved by state legislatures, the Supreme Court, or Congress prior to inauguration.

While this may sound radical, it is actually the least violent solution to the massive problem created by short-sighted inept politicians in both the national and state legislatures and compounded by our derelict Supreme Court. Such an action would not only be taken to establish the real winners of the recent federal elections (President, Senate, and House offices), but once the legitimate winners of the recent elections are seated, the treasonous corruption that supported this election coup must be cleaned out throughout our federal government — at the DoJ and FBI, at State, at Education, in Congress — and in every corner of "Big Tech", "Big News Media", and "Big Academia" where active seditionists have colluded with treasonous partisans to corrupt others in pursuit of power and financial gain. If these steps are taken, they must be sufficiently sweeping that the corrupt are rooted out and prevented from ever again participating in politics at any level. Those convicted of treason against the United States must be punished accordingly.

So perhaps you want to reconsider your appeal for a "peaceful transition of power" to acts of illegality and fraud that elevated the loser to the status of winner by denying millions of American citizens of their right to choose their President. Under the circumstances there is never a time for a "transition of power" either peacefully or by any other means.

There are values more precious than maintaining peace at any cost. See Burke, above.

Sincerely,

Bob Webster

Now, almost three weeks after the violence on January 6th, our nation is in worse condition than it has been in any of our lifetimes:

  • No explanation has been forthcoming as to why the Capitol Police were not in full force supported by National Guard troops when the FBI knew four days in advance that there was a plan to storm the Capitol, not by a mob egged on by President Trump, but by members of the fascist ANTIFA "mob for hire" who infiltrated among Trump supporters to incite and commit violence.

  • Why did members of the Capitol Police take down their barriers and usher the protestors into the Capitol? This occurred well before the hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters arrived at the Capitol.

  • Once in the Capitol, why did the Capitol Police usher the protestors up the stairs to various chambers of the building? Who was behind that? Who paid the "mob for hire" elements?

  • Why has Congress done nothing about the egregious censorship by partisan owners of "social media" and internet platforming companies?

  • Why has Congress done nothing about "search engines" that are heavily altered to suppress content favorable to President Trump or conservative values?

  • Why is there no evidence of the "good men" and women who are willing to step up and do the right thing in the face of this very dark moment in US history?

There are endless questions that could be asked and little likelihood any will be answered now that the USA has been lowered to the status of banana republic.

It takes an enormous amount of naïveté or self-delusion to believe there will ever be another free and fair election for federal offices. There will be no correcting this disaster by the national elections of 2022 or 2024. Only a fool believes otherwise.

Welcome to Venezuela II.

Where will the freedom-loving people of Central and South America who are fleeing tyranny go now that the US has succumbed to that same tyranny?

Where will freedom-loving people of the USA flee to?

Or will they stand their ground and save their country?

The longer nothing is done to stop the coup, the less likely anything will ever be done.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
