Topic category:  Corruption of American News Media

Biased "news" media are President Trump's best ally.

Note the enthusiasm for President Trump at any rally. Such enthusiasm will only increase as the 2020 election cycle gets going. Why such enthusiasm? For the answer, look to the heavily biased dishonest "news" media (as best represented by CNN and MSNBC).

Why does Donald Trump generate such enthusiasm among his supporters on the campaign trail?

The answer is simple.

For his entire first term (no "honeymoon" for Trump), the Left-wing Progressive pundits lobbying for socialism have been bashing every action President Trump takes to restore American national independence. If not everything, they mischaracterize and denounce those things the pundits are willing to acknowledge he has done. Most of Trump's accomplishments are ignored because they are demonstrably good for the country.

An example:  The Left's claim that the Trump tax cut only helped the wealthy. That old saw doesn't cut when it is exposed for the deceit it is. Every taxpaying citizen received a tax cut. Those who were not paying taxes did not receive a tax cut, and, sure enough, most of those citizens were among the poorest. So how does the dishonest Progressive-Left characterize Trump's tax cuts that spurred the post-Obama Trump era's great economic revival? They claim the poor did not benefit from tax cuts that favored the rich! Sadly, many naively swallow that baloney.

Lost in the Progressive-Left pundits' deceit are the truth and an acknowledgment that the great hiring binge that brought unemployment that had skyrocketed under Obama-Biden, down not only to pre-Obama levels but to historic lows, particularly for those who have always experienced the highest unemployment. Opportunity replaced malaise and the downgraded "new normal" of the Obama-Biden era. All of this economic revival was precipitated by tax cuts coupled with a return to regulatory sanity that brought businesses and their jobs back to the United States.

It is great sport for Leftist pundits to misrepresent everything President Trump says or does. The formula is simple:

  • Begin with a newsworthy event that is non-controversial and either neutral or positive for President Trump.
  • Redefine the event so that it becomes a negative statement about Trump.
  • Repeat the misrepresentation incessantly with fake outrage using the same keywords across the Left-wing media.
  • Continue until the next issue that can be distorted arises.
  • Repeat.

While these coastal-bubble Lefties get their jollies mischaracterizing their arch-villain (President Trump), they fail to comprehend the impact their deceitful actions have on real people who actually love our country, have benefited with a job and a pay raise, saw their taxes reduced and their lives simplified, and who want someone to represent their interests, not from the standpoint of giving them "free stuff" (which is never "free") but by keeping burdensome government off their backs so they can do their part to "make America great again!"

Real people are sick to death of these self-appointed coastal-bubble elitists who, with an insatiable appetite for creating false narratives while deftly side-stepping the truth, consistently lie to them about President Trump. When they claim President Trump "lies" they are merely projecting their own dishonest behavior. Ask for an accounting of Trump's "lies" if you want a good example of just how delusional the angry mob of Leftist Progressives has become. Make no mistake, they actually believe their delusions.

Naturally, normal people respond by tuning out such drivel and adopting a well-deserved negative view of Leftists who seem always to think they are smarter than others but which belief is merely an extension of their delusional state of mind.

Normal people will respond to the delusional Left with a greater determination to do what they can to re-elect President Trump to show these coastal-bubble self-important knuckleheads that they do not influence what the vast majority of Americans believe. Look for larger crowds than those seen during the 2016 campaign at Trump's re-election campaign rallies.

This love for a president who has kept his word as best he could in the face of massive media distortions, lies, and deceit coupled with a stubbornly defiant Democrat-controlled House that would rather see our nation severely damaged than control our own borders and enjoy fair, equal treatment from our international trade partners.

The energy Trump-supporters have for their candidate will not end well for the purveyors of lies and deceit who continue to do whatever they can to help Democrats expand their control over our nation.

Serious Americans must do their part to massively repudiate these Leftist-Socialists who are trying to seize complete control of the Democrat Party and embark on the Detroitification of major American cities and the Venezuelization of the United States.

That must never happen.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
