AG Jeff Sessions has proven his incompetence and HE MUST GO!
If Sessions doesn't resign, he should be FIRED, and sooner rather than later.

It is abundantly clear that AG Sessions is incompetent and cannot perform the duties of Attorney General of the United States. His lame excuse for failure to appoint a second Special Counsel given the long list of highly unusual and criminal activities by at least a dozen highly-placed officials of the FBI, the Department of Justice, the intelligence community, and other members of the Obama Administration, including Hillary Clinton with her criminal email activities and "favors for money" scandals provide ample evidence of highly unusual circumstances that are exactly what a Special Counsel is designed to investigate.

It is abundantly clear that AG Sessions is incompetent and cannot perform the duties of Attorney General of the United States. His lame excuse for failure to appoint a second Special Counsel given the long list of highly unusual and criminal activities by at least a dozen highly-placed officials of the FBI, the Department of Justice (DoJ), the intelligence community, and other members of the Obama Administration, including Hillary Clinton with her criminal email activities and "favors for money" scandals provide ample evidence of highly unusual circumstances that are exactly what a Special Counsel is designed to investigate.

The stonewalling by the DoJ and FBI disobeying requests for materials that amounts to obstruction of congressional scrutiny that is going on right under Sessions' nose are further evidence Sessions is not up to the job of Attorney General.

Because the need for a Special Counsel involves the DoJ itself and the misconduct of the current Deputy AG (Mr. Rosenstein) together with his illicit appointment of a conflicted Robert Mueller who has been given no limits to has squandering of federal funds in a futile effort to chase a ghost, Mr. Sessions' view that special circumstances do not exists is absolute nonsense and, quite frankly, lunatic.

The illicit Mueller "investigation" goes on and on, despite its having been borne out of complete fabrication of "evidence" to obtain FISA warrants in violation of federal law. Deputy AG Rosenstein has violated the law by signing off on at least four FISA warrants without his having knowledge that the basis for the warrants being sought was valid.

Because Mueller was personally involved with key members of the actual conspirators to abuse the FISA process (Comey, Clapper, Brennan, McCabe, Rosenstein, to name a few), he was conflicted and should never have been appointed. Since the basis for the FISA warrants that led to the appointment of Mueller was in violation of the law, every action Mueller has taken must be declared a legal nullity (fruit of the poisonous tree).

Sessions should know all this, but apparently, he is unable to grasp these facts.

As time moves on, some of the crimes of the Obama administration will no longer be able to be prosecuted. Sessions is simply wasting time, preventing the discovery of criminal actions and appropriate charges being filed against a host of criminals that had been part of the upper echelon of the Obama administration. Essentially, Sessions fiddles while justice burns.

Trump needs to put a stop to this travesty of an Attorney General. Sessions is no friend to Trump, to the American People, and to our Constitutional Republic with his stonewalling and lip service to taking proper actions to clean out the mess at the DoJ.

The first act of cleaning out the DoJ should be the resignation or firing, if necessary, of the incompetent Jeff Sessions, a man who will go down in history as one of President Donald J. Trump's biggest lapses in judgment (and he doesn't make many when it comes to staffing).

Sessions' incompetence is so evident that he is now a national disgrace. Trump MUST put an end to this. The American People deserve a real AG, not an "acting" AG, as Sessions seems to have become.

Enough is enough! Fire the incompetent Sessions!

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
