Earth Day = Happy Birthday to Lenin

As yet another "Earth Day" is celebrated by "the usual suspects" trying to distort reality and propagandize the young, it is worth recalling the communist roots of this tainted day of "celebration."

For background information, please read Alan Caruba's 2000 piece, Coincidence or Communism? reproduced here in 2010.

As part of their global campaign to "dumb down" education and create good little socialists, the communist movement spawned "Earth Day" on the day they normally celebrated communism and V. I. Lenin's 1870 birthdate. As the utterly meritless inhumanity known as communism went through its ultimate collapse in the 1980s communists who were later to become known as "watermelons" (green on the outside, red on the inside) simply morphed into "green activists" for "environmental extremism." The US Environmental Protection Agency harbors these people today and they dutifully churn out regulations designed to destroy capitalism (their ultimate objective).

Meanwhile, young people are being propagandized by extremist teachers in unionized public schools. Al Gore's notorious "Inconvenient Truth" and "Earth in the Balance" are regularly read by young victims of this propaganda campaign. Despite well-documented errors of fact, Gore's discredited movie is still being shown to impressionable young American students by propagandists masquerading as teachers.

The 2008 campaign of Barack Obama was massively supported by this "environmental" extremist movement. It produced the most inept, unqualified President in this nation's long history. It also produced massive scandals with billions of dollars funneled through the Department of Energy to highly speculative "green" energy companies who promised a "clean" alternative to fossil fuels, claimed to be bringing about "catastrophic global warming." We now know the only thing catastrophic about this entire scandal is the proportions of the massive fraud perpetuated in corrupt public school systems and propagated by a complicit and wholly irresponsible news media.

What can you do?

  • Ignore "Earth Day" celebrations.

  • Inform friends who naively believe they are "helping the planet" by celebrating the new communism.

  • If you have children, carefully explain the difference between conservation and environmental extremism. Monitor what they are taught in school and be prepared to correct the propaganda. You must take a strong interest in your children's education (even through college), because environmental extremists on the Left have taken a very strong interest in their being misled.

  • Attend school board meetings. Meet with teachers who are teaching such nonsense. Give them information to help them avoid propagandizing. Insist your school board protect children from fraud in the guise of education.

  • Inform businesses who trumpet their "green" involvement that you will no longer use their product or services until they stop supporting this massive propaganda campaign of those whose real intent is to create more massive controlling government. Tell them to lend their support to reasonable conservation and not to unreasonable environmental extremism.

  • Do not contribute to organizations with nice-sounding names ("Sierra Club" "World Wildlife Fund" etc.) without carefully researching their objectives and source of funds. Many of these organizations have already taken donations from you in the form of grants from the Federal government (paid by your taxes). They use these funds to lobby for greater environmental restrictions on our lives (restricted shower heads, banned incandescent bulbs, inefficient "green" alternate fuels, etc.).

Don't "celebrate" another anniversary of Lenin's birthday.

Stop supporting the "watermelon" campaign to propagandize through news media and education.

Give your support to true conservationist programs whose funding and works demonstrate they support freedom and liberty for individuals.

Celebrate our planet and nature by refusing to soil it with the detritus of environmental communism masquerading as the "green" movement.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
