Is Barack Hussein Obama Qualified to be President of the United States?
A lawsuit in Philadelphia seeks to determine the answer to this question.

Candidate Obama preaches "change" and "open government" to his audiences. Yet Obama doesn't practice what he preaches. If elected, would we be saddled with four years of "business as usual partisan politics" with characteristic half-truths and a lack of forthrightness with the people?

It's a simple question: "Is Barack Hussein Obama a natural born citizen of the US?"

It is not only a simple question, it is an important question because the U.S. Constitution requires every candidate for President of the United States be a natural born citizen:

Section 1
... Qualification of President. ...
Was Obama really born in Kenya as some of his Kenyan relatives have claimed?

Why doesn't Obama simply produce evidence to prove he is "a natural born" citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution? Material posted on a website does not constitute sufficient evidence of a person being a natural born citizen, particularly when there are questions about any online document's authenticity.

Why does Obama refuse to allow public access to:

  1. His Occidental College records?
  2. His Columbia University records?
  3. His Harvard University records?
  4. His Illinois Senate Office records?
  5. His medical records?
What is Barack Hussein Obama hiding? And why?

The American people deserve forthright, straightforward answers to each of these important questions.

Watch this video about a lawsuit to remove Obama from the ballot on the basis that Obama fails the constitutional requirement that he be a "natural born citizen" of the United States:

Finally, why hasn't the so-called "mainstream" media demanded access to Obama's records and pressed for a straight answer to this important question? You can be assured that were John McCain's status as a "natural born citizen" in question and McCain stonewalled efforts to get a straight answer, you wouldn't hear the end of it.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
