This Texas born American Citizen and thinker comes from a State that does not mince words. I present sound reasoning of crimes committed, Points of Invasion, and common sense resolution for the crimes against the citizens of these fifty states – The United States of America. It is past time for Americans to ask themselves – Why Not Me – to immediately work to restore the Republic in a peaceful manner.
Mark 12:17 “And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s. And they marveled at Him.”
Inscribed on our money is the statement “In God We Trust” reminding us that we do not place our trust in any Caesar. Due to the brilliance of our founding fathers, we were designed and created a (representative) republic governed by those elected from among ourselves to represent our interests in honor and faith. This places the right and the responsibility of what we do with our personal wealth on each citizen. It also places a higher responsibility of being good stewards of our wealth. We have the right to emulate scrooge or to give all our wealth to charity if we so choose. Historically American Citizens are the most generous and charitable people on planet earth.
As a Christian nation we were created, and as a Christian nation we must stand and deal with our wealth and property with honor and honesty. Value for value is how our currency came in to existence originally. Many, having no currency, bartered value for value. I need one of your cows, and you need three of my goats . . . so we traded. Very soon, however, all Americans used U.S. Currency and placed honest values on the essentials of living – the sustenance stuff. We placed a value on a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a piece of land, etc. As time passed, men were charged with placing honest values on the non-essentials which actually turns to the value the seller and the value the buyer places on whatever non-essentials there are. You may own a Picasso painting which you place a price of millions on, but I, not caring for Picasso place no value to it at all . . . so I would not be a viable prospective buyer. The owner of the Picasso must find a buyer who places an equal value on the painting.
Should I hire you to do a job for me, I relate the value / price I have placed on the labor you would do for me. You are free to take my offer, should you agree on the value I have placed on your services . . . or you can tell me no thank you should you place a higher value on your talents and services. This is how honorable transactions are done: value exchanged for equal value. To force me to expend my talents and labor for a lesser value than its whole value, turns the transaction into slavery. We outlawed slavery in 1865, by way of the Thirteenth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution.
Americans need no lecture from anyone as to how to go about giving. Charity is a way of life in America. For our government to increase our taxes in order to give our individual wealth to other people is a direct violation of the thirteenth amendment. I would no longer be receiving a monetary value equal to the talent and labor I have expended. It makes no difference whether you reduce my wages before the fact or after the fact, paying me less than I have earned makes me a slave.
Our government, with its track record of squandering our earned wealth, has now robbed the individual citizen’s ability to be the benefactor of charity. With Congress passing excessive and complicated tax laws for decades, which has a current result of a 70,000 page tax code the average American cannot understand the scope and language of, AND which we are forced to comply with. Any forceful taking of my earned wealth is making a slave of me . . . examples:
- redistributing my earnings for pet projects of elected officials
- redistributing my earnings in any way to law-breakers who are not American citizens
- redistributing my earnings to those who have been conditioned to be dependent on the government for any reason; especially in exchange for their vote
- redistributing my earning for higher education of special groups of citizens, especially when I cannot afford that same higher education
The effects of the bills passed recently will transform our nation fundamentally over the next several years. We must peacefully act to stop this transformation.
The use of our tax dollars does not represent Americans equally, which is unconstitutional on several levels. To add insult to injury, the best purpose for which federal taxes are to be collected, the defense of our Republic has been denied our men and women in uniform. Recently, the government has refused to give our military in Afghanistan the necessary aid it requires for success. This is a treasonous action.
It is worth mention, that domestically, our ability to defend our person and our property is a prime objective of this government to take away from all citizens. The United Nations and Mexico are courting those in power in our government, who are of a like-mind, to take our 2nd Amendment rights from us. I cannot imagine living in a world where any thug can break into my home to rob and / or kill me and I would be defenseless. The scenario where the bad guy always wins is as Un-American and idea as you can imagine.
The very reason Americans broke ties with England and fought successfully to free ourselves from tyranny is now the reality of our government. It is difficult to define what it is morphed into, and many say it is a form of fascism; but I say the Anti-American Activity has changed us into a Socialistic Aristocratic Government or S.A.G. The elected representatives no longer come from the mainstream body of citizens. They come from a developed aristocratic class of people, and do not represent the will or the good of all citizens equally. The actions of this S.A.G., in the form of laws recently passed, and laws coming down the pike such as Cap and Trade (under any name given), represent the cleanest coup of any government in recent history.
Quoting from The United States Constitution - Amendment XIV Section 4: “But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt of obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations, and claims shall be held illegal or void.”
Further, quoting from The United States Constitution - Article IV Section 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect them against Invasion;
Points of Invasion:
- The government has not provided our troops at war with aid upon their urgent request; and especially since it was in the governments’ power to give the requested aid
- The government has passed laws enslaving American Citizens
- The government has failed to uphold the Republican Form of Government
The cancer of this Invasion has significantly affected all higher appointments and elected officials in the United States of America. It is necessary for all Congress people, the Administration, and the Judicial which were elected in a national election process; the appointed Attorney General; all appointed Secretaries to the President and Czars; Judicial appointments by the President resign their positions as immediate remedy of the Points of Invasion; and all decisions and laws made by these parties to be null and void. A reasonable immediate remedy is for each of 50 states to immediately send to Washington replacements for temporary Judicial and Congressional appointments. Our Constitution does not address such a massive internal insurrection. Since the Presidential Chain of Command (chain of replacements) are all complicit in the Internal Invasion of the United States of America, the first act of the State Appointed Temporary Congress to be the appointment of five-member Committees to maintain Presidential and Vice-Presidential responsibilities until a national vote in November.
I must ask each of you, why the vast majority of the 225 million adult citizens in the United States of America are not in the streets, peacefully demanding your Republic back. Look into the mirror and think deeply about the answer to this question – Why Not Me?
Juanita has forty five years experience as an Accountant.
