Are Liberal Democrats Really Pro-Terrorist?

First, let’s face it, be honest and get the first accurate fact out of the way: There are no more conservative or even moderate Democrat leaders. However, even with their obsessive “we’ll do anything to get our power back” attitudes, I still had difficulty believing that they would be pro-terrorist—even though an increasing number of them refer to the Bush Administration as being comprised of “terrorists” (a patently puerile statement) and barely mention the real Islamo-fascist enemy. So, I decided to do some investigating.

You still remember those who have actually attacked us, don’t you? They were the ones who bombed New York City’s World Trade Center—twice—and on the second attempt brought both buildings and 3,000 people to their deaths. Then, there was the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen, the bombing of the Khobar Towers (housing Americans) in Saudi Arabia and continual “suicide (AKA “homicide”) bombings” that occur daily against “the West” by these Islamic factions. Currently, we are engaged in the “Muslim cartoon wars” that are continuing worldwide. Muslim marches, riots, burnings, killings and all manner of destruction are continuing on a global basis. Yet, the liberal Democrats (AKA “leftists”) believe we should be more “sensitive” to the rioters’ wants and desires. This is lunacy, folks—sheer lunacy. The appeasement movement is growing amongst the leftists.

Note: I find it of extreme interest that while the Muslim countries are raising and producing suicide bombers, the US liberal indoctrinators (AKA “teachers”) have raised a generation and are continuing to raise generations of pacifists. Hmmm. Looks as if the liberals have made it a LOT easier for the Islamic movement to take over the country—without a fight or any real resistance at all. Heck, leftist San Francisco Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval says that we should do away with the US military, altogether! Terrorists 1. US 0.

Now, let’s take a look at the ostensible mainstream media, shall we? The primary Democrat news organ, the New York Times, has refused to publish cartoons that would “offend” Islamo-fascists and Muslims, in general, but publishes information on the NSA investigations that damage US national security. To reiterate earlier edifying comments, the NSA program was and is not “domestic spying”, it is the intercept of foreign terrorist communiqués; some of which are to terrorist sympathizers and supporters within the US. Note: The NY Times had no problem, whatsoever, when former President Clinton was conducting his real domestic spying program (on his political and personal enemies)—under the Echelon Project. Running Tally: That’s 2 for the terrorists and 0 for the US.

Then, there is the leftist Democrat legal arm—the ACLU. The ACLU has decided to join the far-left in its pursuit of impeaching President Bush over his efforts to protect the country. ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero said: "It [NSA anti-terrorist program] violates the basic rules of the road of how you operate. No judge, at any level has signed a warrant for this." Running Tally: Terrorists 3, US 0.

Next is former VP and failed Democrat presidential-candidate Al Gore. Al spoke in Saudi Arabia, recently. His trip and speech to the Saudi Jeddah Economic Forum were financed, in part, by the Saudi bin-Laden Group (the same one that spawned “Osama”) family players. The Saudi bin-Laden Group is said to be Saudi Arabia’s largest construction group. For apparently many barrels full of “shekels” Gore sold out his country. Although both Gore and his office cannot and have refused to provide any proof of his statements, Gore said that the US government had inflicted “terrible abuses” on Arabs in the US and that the President Bush had: “Indiscriminately rounded up, often on minor charges of overstaying a visa or not having a green card in proper order, and held in conditions that were just unforgivable.” Revved up to just short of bursting the few blood vessels and cells that still remain in his brain, Gore added: “Unfortunately there have been terrible abuses and it’s wrong. I do want you to know that it does not represent the desires or wishes or feelings of the majority of the citizens of my country.” Running Tally: Terrorists 4—US 0.

Always good for a US-bashing session is former Democrat President Jimmy Carter. Recently, on CNN’s Wolf Blitzer “Situation Room”, Carter pleaded for the now officially terrorist Palestinian people—and even somewhat for terrorist Hamas. The Palestinians are ‘officially terrorist’ because they overwhelmingly voted in the terrorist Hamas organization to run their new “country”. A few pieces from the interview include:

Carter: “My concern is that in order to try, on behalf of the United States and Israel, to punish Hamas, we'll actually going to be punishing the Palestinian people who are already living in deprivation. And it's going to turn the Palestinian people even more against the West and against Israel, against us and make Hamas seem to be, you know, their only friend. So this will strengthen Hamas and weaken the Palestinian people. I think it's a counterproductive ploy to try to punish Hamas.”

Blitzer: “The law currently states this, and I'll read it to you, Mr. President: "It is unlawful for a person in the United States or a subject to the jurisdiction of the United States to knowingly provide 'material support or resources' to a designated foreign terrorist organization," an FTO. And Hamas is listed as an FTO, a foreign terrorist organization.”

Carter: “Well that's what I think I just said. That we don't have to give it to the Hamas government or even the Palestinian Authority.”

Blitzer: “Let me be precise on this. What you're recommending is that U.S. taxpayer money go to some United Nations organization or a non-governmental organization and they could then give it directly to Palestinians, but not through the Palestinian Authority?”

Carter: “Exactly, yes. Exactly. That's what I've been recommending.”

What Carter proposes is that the US fund the Palestinians but, go through the anti-US UN to do it—so that it can, in turn, give it “directly” to the terrorist Palestinians instead of their terrorist government leaders in Hamas. WHEW. Insane! Running Tally: Terrorists 6 (due to the complete mindlessness of Carter’s comments I have to give the enemy 2 from the former president), US (still) 0.

Then there is the leftist Democrat Hollywood Industrial Complex. “Actor” Alex Baldwin writes: “Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately. Who ever thought Harry Whittington would be the answer to America's prayers. Finally, someone who might get that lying, thieving Cheney into a courtroom to answer some direct questions.” Baldwin tries to divert our attention from the real enemies of the country by saying VP Cheney is the real terrorist. I now have even more sympathy for Kim Basinger. There are myriad other US-bashers from the Hollywood scene but, they say much the same as Baldwin. Running Tally: Terrorists (at least) 7, US 0.

Suffice it to say, this tally could go on forever. It’s not necessary. Political dissent is acceptable. Sedition and treason are not. Is there any rational being out there (due to the qualifying word leftists need not answer) who wants the types of kooks who profess these ideologies in any office—elected or otherwise? The logical answer is “No”.

As long as we’re still able to vote, let’s continue to keep liberal and leftist Democrats away from legislating anything—ever again.
