The new "Me Too" movement.
The real story behind Democrats' "procedural gang rape" of Brett Kavanaugh
Leftist Democrats laid the foundation for their "ends justify the means" partisan scheme to block the confirmation of any highly-qualified constitutionalist to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court by creating the "me too" movement. This movement was really created for the singular purpose of establishing that the mere accusation by any woman of any degree of sexual misconduct by a man must be taken as truthful and evidence that the accused committed the act (i.e., is guilty) regardless of the existence or quality of any corroborating evidence. Having established the "me too" guilty-until-proven-innocent mindset, Democrats deploy their new weapon against Republican politicians and constitutionalist nominees to the Supreme Court.
We are now witnessing the full deployment of an egregious demonstration of the lack of character, not of the accused, but of Senate Democrats who will do anything to block the constitutional process for filling a Supreme Court vacancy with someone who actually believes the Court should base its decisions on constitutional guidance!
As schemed by Senators Schumer, Feinstein, Blumenthal, Hirono, et al., this new attempt has born fruit. Just as Democrats conducted a "high tech lynching" in an effort to block the confirmation of Clarence Thomas on the basis of one woman's fantasies, this cabal of sleazy characters have conspired to block the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, not because he is unqualified, but because he is too qualified to defend our Constitutional Republic and the proper role of the Supreme Court!
The weapon they've chosen is ludicrous. After Committee hearings had been completed and the nomination was to be voted out to the full Senate for confirmation, Sen. Feinstein, who had deliberately withheld this information since July and who failed to bring it forward during committee hearings when there had been ample time to present credible evidence, against the expressed wishes of the accuser, made this story public for the sole purpose of delaying the committee vote on the nominee. Feintein's conduct is reprehensible and should be censured by the full Senate as it was clearly calculated to delay the confirmation process so that additional women with fake stories could be recruited and coached in an effort to create the appearance of a flood of "me too evidence" that would torpedo the confirmation of a constitutionalist to the Court.
And what was this material Feinstein withheld? The dubious tale of a highly-partisan Progressive Democrat, Christine Blasey Ford, alleging a teenage indiscretion at a "keg party" claimed to have occurred 37 years earlier and lacking as much in credibility as it lacks in corroborating evidence. No date, no place, no witnesses who could corroborate the story. The lack of credibility of this story together with how it was purposefully withheld is clear testimony to the scheming that produced this last-ditch effort by the Left to block the confirmation of a highly-qualified constitutionalist jurist to sit on the Supreme Court.
That anyone could take as credible the incredible accusations by Christine Blasey Ford only demonstrates that person's inability to think for themselves, examine evidence (or lack thereof), and make a reasoned determination on the facts that Ford's accusation lacks merit, has no credible corroboration, and is nothing more than part of a despicably desperate scheme by Democrats to derail or delay the Kavanaugh confirmation.
Every Democrat Senator who paraded in front of a TV camera and feigned outrage while claiming they found Ford's accusation "credible" is either a partisan liar or incapable of making a rational decision. There simply is no evidence to support Ford's accusation.
Now we have Democrats bleating on about the latest charade, a Yale schoolmate who claims Kavanaugh did something improper in her presence at a drunken party while at Yale. Deborah Ramirez came forward via a New Yorker article with an allegation that has some striking similarities to Ford's. Not for the nature of the allegation, but for the insistence that "the FBI investigate" the matter when, in fact, the FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate allegations about what might have happened 35 years ago at an unspecified drunken college party and for which local authorities have full jurisdiction! Democrat Senators and their attorneys know full well the FBI has no jurisdiction and it would be improper for the FBI to get involved. This constitutes further evidence of Democrats' sleazy public relations attempt to derail the confirmation of an outstanding candidate for the Supreme Court vacancy, Brett Kavanaugh. Democrats just want to make a demand they know cannot be satisfied. Yet they can rely on "the usual suspects" in TV news to dutifully register outrage and concern that the FBI is not "investigating."
Clearly, this is an orchestrated smear campaign that will be taken on its face as truthful ("me too" moment) and supported by the "usual suspects" in news media (CNN, MSNBC, et al).
The latest accuser, like Ford before her, had only a fuzzy recollection that over six days was coached into the desired focus by her Democrat attorney. As with Ford, none of the people Ramirez identified as being able to corroborate her story have any recollection of what she claims happened. Sound familiar?
Now, the joke who claims to be an attorney, Michael Avenatti, claims he can dredge up multiple accusers if needed.
Is there any legitimate pretext upon which the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court should be delayed any further?
This sleazy, sordid affair where Democrats commit "high tech lynching" of constitutionalist justices to the Supreme Court is nothing short of the "procedural gang rape" of Brett Kavanaugh (or any other constitutionalist nominee) by despicable Senate Democrats driven only by their "ends justify the means" lust for power and a determination to destroy our Constitutional Republic by loading the Court with Progressives, creating a de facto Politburo.
It's time for a federal law that requires:
It's time to put an end to this outrageous behavior by seditious Progressive Democrats who have repeatedly abused their political offices in defiance of and with the purpose of subverting our Constitution.

Biography - Bob Webster
Bob Webster, a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s) is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.
A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
