Run, Chris, Run
Chris McDaniel should run as the candidate of another party in Mississippi

The "usual suspects" in the RINO GOP have conspired to defeat one of the best and brightest candidates in any state. So Mississippians will be denied a real choice in November. They can vote for a Democrat running as a Republican (Chad Cochran), or a Democrat running as a Democrat. Chris McDaniel should give Mississippians a choice. If he does, he will likely emerge the victor. Even if he only succeeds in denying Cochran another term, he will have succeeded in letting the RINO GOP "leadership" know that there are serious consequences to their irresponsible support for Cochran.

So, with the help of real Democrats, RINO Republicans, Chris McDaniel was denied victory in the GOP primary to the Democrat in Republican disguise, Chad Cochran.

Mr. Cochran has demonstrated why he should have been replaced by a bright new face in the Republican Party. He would have lost his primary campaign had it not been for Democrats switching to vote in the Republican primary and the massive support that the RINO National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) gave to him in the closing days of the campaign.

Ironically, I received a phone solicitation from the National Republican Senatorial Committee on Tuesday, the day of travesty in Mississippi. I informed the caller that, no, NONE of the "regular" Republican committees (NRSC, NRCC, RNC) would receive a single penny from me for any future campaigns until they begin to support REAL Republican candidates against the RINO Republicans who have infested the party. I further explained that I could not in good faith provide a penny to any organization who funds RINO Republicans so indiscriminately. For many years I gave generously to the NRCC, NRSC, and RNC. No more. Not a penny more.

In future, I will only give financial support to candidates who demonstrate they understand the constitutional crisis this nation faces as a consequence of both the out of control tyrannical Obama Administration as well as the inept, spineless leadership of the national Republican Party.

Why elect Republicans who will not lift a finger to support and defend our Constitution?

Why elect Republicans who run up deficits as if they were Democrats?

Why elect Republicans who draw a line in the sand and then are the first to jump back from that line?

It's time the people stopped funding the sorry excuse for a political party that the Republican Party of today represents. Real Republicans must withhold ALL financial support for the Republican Party. Give your financial support to only the best primary candidates, not those who have been part of the problem in Washington, and then support the best candidates in general elections whether they be Republicans, Democrats, or candidates running under some other label.

Ronald Reagan must be turning in his grave at the antics of the sorry excuse for Republicans who dominate positions of leadership in Washington.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
