Election Consequences - Predictions for America
Consequences of Marxism for America

The election of our nation's first avowed Marxist to the Presidency will have dire consequences for everyone. Consequences will be far-reaching and could be fatal to our Constitutional government if a filibuster-proof Senate emerges.

For several election cycles many conservatives and libertarians have threatened to "sit out" the election with the belief that the best way to rid the nation of demagogues and outright Marxist socialists was to put them in power and let them wreck havoc with the nation for one election cycle. Well, evidently that end result has come to pass without the help of conservatives and libertarians sitting out the election. The problem is that the notion that Marxists can be tossed out of power assumes the continuation of our Constitutional form of government and free expression of ideas and Marxists promise to change all that.

Be prepared for changes that will take generations to overturn, if they can ever be overturn short of another revolution (a real possibility).

Whether through our corrupted public education system where Marxists are teaching children nonsense right through college, or whether voter fraud and intimidation by ACORN and the usual Democrat inner-city machines, or whether through the highly biased media that ignored the Marxist background of Mr. Obama, or whether through the efforts of the "hate-America-first" liberal elitists, or whether through a combination of all of the above, the result is the same. The USA has elected a full-fledged Marxist to the Presidency who has promised to redistribute wealth and enact crippling programs that will plunge this nation into a full-blown depression.

We have a few more months of freedom, so let's look at the consequences of this election while it is still possible to speak out against Marxists about to assume power.

Be prepared for the following consequences of this election:

  1. Skyrocketing electric bills. Skyrocketing crude oil prices; skyrocketing gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel. These will follow the Marxist's renewed ban on drilling coupled with an idiotic "cap and trade" scheme to limit emissions of CO2 that have nothing to do with normal climate variability.

  2. Higher prices for everything that uses electricity or transportation: Food, clothing, education, commuter costs, health care, etc., etc., etc.

  3. Inflation that we haven't seen since the Carter era as the Marxist government prints money to fund its spending. They will have to print money as the economy fails to produce sufficient income to the treasury to fund vote-buying programs promised during the election and higher taxes further diminish treasury revenues.

  4. An al Qaida attack in the USA. Because Marxists believe the US is an evil nation and deserving of such attacks, there will be no response but more blame for America. Another Arab attack on Israel, but this time the US will not respond because Marxists do not believe Israel has any right to exist.

  5. A stock market plunge the likes of which we haven't seen since the Great Depression. Wall Street backers of the Marxists will get exactly what they deserve.

  6. Limits on freedom. The oxymoronic "fairness doctrine" will be reinstated that will curtail political opposition to Marxist domestic abuses of power.

    7. Reinstatement of the draft to fill the ranks of a domestic police corps ostensibly in response to another terrorist attack. This A
  7. merican "Gestapo" will be used to further consolidate Marxist's power through intimidation of citizens who speak out against government abuses (which will be common).

  8. Continued erosion of home values. Skyrocketing inflation and interest rates as the value of the US dollar plunges.

  9. Citizenship for illegal aliens, full rights to vote for all voters who will support the Marxist political agenda.

  10. Massive regulations to curtail "global warming" that ceased nearly 10 years ago and was never based on greenhouse gas emissions in the first place.

  11. An increasingly biased news media supportive of the Marxist agenda. Those who stand opposed to Marxists will be silenced in the interests of "national security."

  12. The end of the coal mining industry in the US. This means the loss of the greatest natural resource we have for energy production, all due to ill-conceived policies based on nonsense (global warming). This will have severe implications for the US freight rail industry.

  13. Bank failures, rising poverty and unemployment as Marxist economics take over.

  14. Reduced revenues to the treasury as more citizens are put on the federal dole and productive members of society are taxed at ever-higher rates. Taxing success will mean less success which translates to less income to the treasury. This will massively increase the federal debt.

  15. Emaciation of the Department of Defense. No new weapon systems will be developed. Troops will be prematurely withdrawn from posts around the world. This will have severe consequences for world peace and stability. Adventurism by Marxists in South America, Russian imperialism in Eastern Europe, continued tribal warfare in Africa, and, of course massive disruption of middle eastern oil supplies from major conflicts that break out in Arab nations; conflict with Israel.

  16. Termination of NASA space programs that will be too costly to fund.

  17. Bankruptcy of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid as there will be insufficient funds to pay benefits.

  18. Destruction of the world's finest health care system in the name of "fairness" and a presumed "right" to health care (that doesn't exist).

  19. Lower standards for education so that more students will qualify for what used to be known as "higher education" but which has become nothing more than an extension of the education "mill" through the high school level (students graduating without fundamental skills or knowledge who have no clue about our Constitutional system or how to make a living).

  20. The destruction of our Constitutional form of government in favor of a Marxist-dominated one-party system of government. Marxists will continue to call themselves "Democrats" in a charade that has duped many people for generations. Supreme court will be packed with activist judges who will ignore the US Constitution in favor of a more global view when making decisions. Consequently, US citizens will no longer be able to count on protection from Marxist extremists.

  21. Rising taxes for all those who still pay taxes. Bush tax cuts will be allowed to expire, thus raising nearly everyone's taxes.

  22. The worst economic depression in this nation's history (assuming it will be reasonable to count the nation's history as having begun in 1776 rather than 2008).
Yes, folks. These will be the dire consequences of "feel good" voting, toleration of voter fraud and voter intimidation, a blind eye to Marxist teachers and professors who poison students' minds, and a news media that has become little more than a cheering section for a Marxist takeover of the USA.

Life will not go on as before. Those who think so are naive in the extreme and are in for a major awakening.

These predictions can only be prevented if Marxists under the Democrat banner fail to gain a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate and the non-Marxist Senators have the intelligence and fortitude to stand up to Marxists and filibuster all attempts to institute the changes promised by the new Marxist President.

Otherwise, be prepared for the end of our Constitutional form of government.

I sincerely hope that those who helped bring about this result are among the first and most painful "beneficiaries" of inevitable Marxist excesses.

There are consequences to supporting those who preach redistribution of wealth, a notion that is completel contrary to any rational concept of economic freedom. You cannot have political freedom without economic freedom and capitalism is the only system of economic freedom ever devised.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
