Fact: Obama Captured The White House Due to General Public Ignorance

Bill O'Reilly did not get on the Obama/ACORN story until March 2009, a couple of months AFTER Obama was inaugurated.

People who watched even one of the five thought-provoking "Beck" specials last week are wondering (1) why the Obama administration is riddled with radicals, (2) how radical Obama himself is, (3) why they were not warned that an Obama administration would be radical and (4) whether the Obama agenda can be stopped and traditional America values can be saved.

Thankfully, fundamentally flawed and dangerous "Obamacare" put an end to Obama's high approval ratings and, it seems, his ability to swiftly have legislation he wants enacted.

That's NOT because the alphabet media has stopped fawning over and covering up for Obama.

For example, ABC recently broadcast what essentially was an Obama infomercial on his health care plan (in general terms, of course) and then rejected a commercial challenging it on the ground that the subject is controversial and the commercial is partisan.

No wonder ABC joined The New York Times in not doing a potentially game changing Obama/ ACORN expose before Election Day 2008!

Last year Obama won the Presidency, because the Obama myth was sold effectively by the liberal media establishment and Obama's radical history did not become generally appreciated.

That did not have to be so.

On October 22, 2008, in "ACORN Whistleblower: Obama's Third Strike?," I reported:

"A rookie United States Senator with no military experience, no service in the Peace Corps or Vista, no executive governmental experience and no major legislative accomplishment (Obama) ran on 'the fierce urgency of now,' hope and change and beat a former two term First Lady of the United States and a re-elected United States Senator (Clinton) for the 2008 Democrat presidential election.

"But after the national conventions, the Republican ticket (McCain-Palin) took the lead in the polls.

"Then the financial crisis reversed that and again McCain’s presidential aspirations were pronounced dead by many.

"It would take three strikes to strike out Obama under the circumstances.

"There have been two: (1) Obama came to Joe the Plumber’s neighborhood and ad libbed a response that revealed where he comes from—an admission that he wants to use tax policy to redistribute, or spread, the wealth, and (2) Obama’s running mate (Biden) assured the world that if Obama became president, there would be a generated crisis within six months.

"Americans aren’t socialists and Americans don’t want a president who will invite generated crises.

"But with much of the mainstream media in the tank for Obama, a third strike is needed.

"Say, an ACORN whistleblower who will not only expose ACORN, but ACORN’s ties to Obama and the Obama campaign."

Anita MonCrief made herself available for the purpose, but the liberal media establishment did not want to report what she knew.

On October 7, 2008, Ms. MonCrief emailed me: “I worked at Project Vote and ACORN for years and can provide inside information on the connections with Obama and FEC violations, IRS 501 (c)3 violations and the threats and intimidation that ACORN has used to keep me quiet. I am willing to submit to a polygraph and turn over Obama's 2nd quarter donor list with was obtained by Project Vote Development Director Karyn Gillette directly from the Obama Campaign. I also have a DNC list that was forwarded to Project Vote along with donor lists for Kerry."

On November 4, 2008, the day before Election Day 2008, in "Will ACORN Steal the Presidency for Its Man, Obama," I stated:

"It's hard to be an idealist when you know that the organization that recruited you is corrupt and trying to steal a presidential election.

"Anita did not mince words in her first blog article: 'ACORN is a corrupt organization that is preying on the marginalized in this society and they have become the cancerous growth of this election.'

"Voter, Obama is 'the Senator from ACORN' and he's been lying to you about his ties to it. That should be all you need to know."

But most voters did not find that out last year.

The liberal mainstream media was not reporting what I set forth in my October 22, 2008 article:

"...Anita simultaneously joined ACORN and Project Vote in Washington, D.C. in October 2005. With ACORN, she was a strategic writing, research and design consultant. With Project Vote, she was a development associate. She designed ACORN’s 2005, 2006 and 2007 political operations year end PowerPoint presentations.

"Anita...provided many documents.

"It had to be very hard for a 'progressive' who supported Obama to come forward.

"But before Anita emailed Michelle Malkin and me, she had been working with New York Times national correspondent Stephanie Strom, but what ended up published as Ms. Strom’s ACORN articles were so 'watered down' that Anita decided to turn elsewhere.

"Wisely so.

"Yesterday, Anita advised me, Ms. Strom apologetically canceled a meeting for today and explained that New York Times policy was not to publish what might be a game changing article this close to the election."

Bill O'Reilly did not get on the Obama/ACORN story until March 2009, a couple of months AFTER Obama was inaugurated, and dropped it after being criticized by New York Times public editor Clark Hoyt and blamed (outrageously) for comntributing to the assassination of abortionist George Tiller.

Glenn Beck has yet to present Ms. MonCrief's story of how The New York Times killed a pre-election Obama/ACORN expose (although he's made generous use of her information, without ever mentioning her name).

Most Americans still need to know what Ms. MonCrief knows.

Instead of investigating how Obama stole the 2008 presidential election, the United States Justice Department is going to look into CIA matters previously dealt with.

That jeopardizes national security, but it's just what the Far Left wants.

It won't violate the constitution prohibition on "double jeopardy," but it will put all Americans in jeopardy.

Am I surprised?

No.

The Obama administration needs a distraction and Obama needs his base.

On October 1, 2008, in "Beware Obama, 'The Senator from ACORN," I explained:

"Will the current financial crisis that finally resulted from affirmative action lending and intimidation tactics to which Obama is connected ironically make him the next President of the United States?

"If Obama moves into the White House in 2009, it will be because his involvement with ACORN (the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) was not generally appreciated and NOT because Stanley Kurtz, a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and a National Review Online contributing editor, did not give fair warning."

Obama's in the White House, but that does not change the "pesky facts."

The need remains for those facts to become generally known, so that Obama does not succeed in fundamentally transforming center-right America into a second-rate socialist "paradise" to please ACORN, SEIU and Obama's old Marxist professors.

O'Reilly, Beck et al., take note quickly this time.

Gaynor currently contributes regularly to www.MichNews.com, www.RenewAmerica.com, www.WebCommentary.com, www.PostChronicle.com and www.therealitycheck.org and has contributed to many other websites. He has written extensively on political and religious issues, notably the Terry Schiavo case, the Duke "no rape" case, ACORN and canon law, and appeared as a guest on television and radio. He was acknowledged in Until Proven Innocent, by Stuart Taylor and KC Johnson, and Culture of Corruption, by Michelle Malkin. He appeared on "Your World With Cavuto" to promote an eBay boycott that he initiated and "The World Over With Raymond Arroyo" (EWTN) to discuss the legal implications of the Schiavo case. On October 22, 2008, Gaynor was the first to report that The New York Times had killed an Obama/ACORN expose on which a Times reporter had been working with ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief.
